ICSD President's Update - October 2014

I am here in Cheboksary for the International Sports Forum.

Numerous high-ranking officials are here representing their countries as well as many from different Sport Federations.

Some deputies of the State Duma and parliamentarians are also attending here for Sports Forum.

I am impressed by the progress the Khanty-Mansiysk organizing committee and other facilities which we continue working closely.

We now have our exhibition here for upcoming the 18th Winter Deaflympics. The Ministry of Sports and various Sports officials have satisfyingly impressed to see our beautiful exhibit and well made presentation. They learn something new in the preparation for Deaflympics. Moreover, we have received additional supports and encouragement from the Ministry of Sports.

In this respect, they have expressed their interest to attend the Winter Dealfympics in Khanty-Mansiysk at the end of March 2015.

I do really hope they can attend the Deaflympics, the more, they will be aware of us. I thank you for those who is planning to come in Khanty-Mansiysk, and I certainly wish that you all able to come for this Winter Dealfympics.

Here are sample of complete medal set for this Winter Deaflympics - the medal set on the display stands - Gold, Silver, and Bronze. We are so proud to show these medals that designed by the high-level standard as shown here. Our winning athletes can be proud to bring their medal(s) when returning home - either can be Japan, the States, Canada, Russia or any other nations.

As always, I wish to have a better future for the Deaf Sports.
