Top Level ICSD Meetings

Khanty-Mansiysk, Russia - The ICSD Executive Committee members and Winter TD were in Khanty-Mansiysk (Russia) planning to hold total inspection of readiness of 18th Winter Deaflympics facilities and infrastructure. The Russian Government and the Governor of Khant-Mansi Autonomous Area-Ugra, Ms. Natali Komarova, Russian Comiittee of Deaf Sports have pledged its support for the 18th Winter Deaflympics to be held in Khanty-Mansiysk from March 28 - April 5, 2015.
