100 days to go before Deaflympics in Sofia, WOW!
February 2013 Inspection visit in Sofia:
Many venues now almost complete, some more work to do.
ICSD will fly to Sofia every month to make sure progress and work will complete by July.
Final Competition Schedule sent out.
This does not include Training Schedule.
Training Schedule will start 2 days before each competition.
Handball draw on 26th July 2013 in Sofia.

Reminder of $20 Participation Fee to ICSD per athlete and official.
Reminder of $50 Participation Fee to Bulgaria OC per athlete and official.
The usual ratio is 3 athletes for 1 official. But the excess fee will be waived.
We are relaxing this rule for Bulgaria so countries can bring extra interpreters and support staff.
