Additional information:

The term crewmember refers to any specific member of the crew including directors, producers, reporters, presenters, production interpreters and production runners.

Ownership / Rights to Footage

ICSD will retain a royalty-free license, in perpetuity, to any and all footage / stills shot at the Deaflympics

Those using our media packages, however, will retain ownership of their footage.

Production companies will need to specifically name in their application, the intended broadcast channels for whom they are commissioned.

For the embeds, livestreaming will only be on-line.

Livestreaming footage may have ICSD logo watermark, which must not be compromised in any way graphically or visually.

Production companies can build a nice front end for the Deaflympics and then populate it with our streams of the sports action, supplemented by their own interviews, etc.

We would provide embed codes for the players that relate to each sport and the media teams can just paste / add the code onto their web pages.

For the broadcast quality material, from a more limited number of competitions per day digital media will be available the end of each day from the media centre, which will be at the Arena Armeecs.

The following are available as an additional rate card cost:

• WiFi connections
• Mobile phones
• Rental cars
• Designated workspace with power and hard-wired internet
