New chair of the ICSD Women in Sports Commission

The ICSD Executive Board have endorsed the appointment of Ms. Nadezhda Shakbazyan to the Chair of the ICSD Women in Sports Commission. Up until now, Nadezhda has had a lifelong role as a leader in sport in Russia. She has served in a number of senior roles including her current role as the Head of Deaflympics in Russia.
