Referees for the Deaflympics

Urgent Attention for all Member Nations:

20th Deaflympic Games- Melbourne, Australia

Per Deaflympic Games regulations, DG23. AUTHORITY & JURISDICTION (REFEREES, UMPIRES, & JUDGES)

National associations may propose their referees for service at the Games. However, these associations must bear all expenses of these officials. The referees, judges, starters and other officials will be selected by the Melbourne Organizing Committee from among the most qualified in Australia. 

Those member nations that wish to offer referees are requested to contact Ms. Patricia Tracey, Chief Executive Officer of Melbourne 2005 Organizing Committee, at patricia.tracey@2005deaflympics.com by 1 September 2004.
